Vital Home Care wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and older adults who may use assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of abilities.

What we have done

To support that goal, we have used large, readable text and strong color contrast throughout the site; structured each page with clear headings; added text descriptions to meaningful images; labeled form fields clearly; built the site to work with a keyboard as well as a mouse or touch screen; and designed pages to work on phones, tablets and computers.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time project. We review the site as we add new content. Even so, some pages or features may not yet work as well as they should, and content from other websites we link to may not meet the same standards.
